Unauthenticated users may perform 2 agent runs per calendar day per IP address. We reserve the right to adjust free limits. Circumventing limits through automated requests, IP rotation, or similar means is not permitted.
One credit = one agent run, regardless of input size (up to the 1M-token context limit). If a run fails due to a server-side error, the credit is automatically refunded.

Uploaded files are processed by DeepSeek V4, a third-party API operated by a Chinese company. Do not upload highly sensitive personal data or trade secrets if you have strict data residency requirements — see our Privacy Policy.
Outputs are produced by the DeepSeek V4 language model. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before acting on them. Do not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice without independent verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse without refund.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime due to maintenance, DeepSeek API outages, or other factors beyond our control does not entitle you to a refund unless the service was substantially unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days.
Agent Workbench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for AI output inaccuracies, data loss, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Agent Workbench and make purchases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
